At The Summit Academy, we believe that academic excellence and athletic development go hand in hand. Our small class sizes ensure every student receives the personal attention they need to thrive. We follow a college-style semester schedule, allowing students to focus on fewer courses at a time while earning full credits each semester—just as they will in higher education.
By their junior and senior years, students have the opportunity to participate in dual enrollment, giving them a head start on college coursework. Many graduate with enough credits to be near an Associate of Arts (AA) degree, putting them at a tremendous advantage when competing for college acceptance and scholarships.
This balance of rigorous academics, strategic scheduling, and personal support not only prepares The Summit Academy students for college—it positions them to excel in their sport of choice while maximizing scholarship opportunities for their future.
Graduation Requirements
At The Summit Academy, we make sure every student is fully prepared for the next step in their journey. Our graduation requirements follow Florida state standards as well as NCAA guidelines, ensuring that students remain on track for both college admission and athletic eligibility.
In addition to academics, students are encouraged to grow as leaders and teammates through our values-based programs and to pursue excellence in their athletic development. Our goal is to graduate well-rounded young men and women who demonstrate integrity, humility, and discipline—and who are equipped to succeed in college, athletics, and life.
