Physical Education

These courses meet Florida high school graduation requirements and are appropriate for students in grades 9–12. Each course is designed to build foundational knowledge and skills essential for academic growth and life success.

Semester A

  • Emphasis on physical fitness, health, and wellness

  • Learn the rules and techniques of various sports

  • Build teamwork and personal discipline

Semester B

  • Continue personal fitness goals and performance tracking

  • Explore lifelong fitness activities and nutrition education

  • Promote mental health and stress management through movement
